High-end hotel meeting rooms are mainly used in important meetings such as contracts between companies and other companies as a sign of formality, grandeur, dignity, and respect. Therefore, high-end hotel meeting room design must be decent, well-equipped, hotel services to be comprehensive, support in place.

In addition, some large-scale training, lectures, brand launches, new product launches, or meetings that need to be combined with banquets are held in high-end hotel conference rooms.

Well, the reception service in the high-end hotel meeting rooms is equally important. Therefore, hotels must also consider reserving suitable support space for conference space services. Depending on the configuration of different types of meeting space, the corresponding support space is slightly different.

In many hotel designs, meeting support spaces are overlooked. In fact, each of the hotel’s guest functional spaces should (or must) have its support space. Because any one of the hotel’s guest areas is to consider the provision of services to guests. The provision of services requires consideration of functional support, even in some self-service functional areas, and in the areas of support, not to mention such important spaces as conference rooms and lecture halls.

Multi-functional Ballroom:

In addition to being a banquet for dining space, this function space is also used as a meeting function.

Large meeting room, training room, or lecture hall:

Its main support spaces are VIP lounge (including powder room, bathroom better), multimedia equipment room, furniture storage room.

Medium-sized, small meeting rooms:

These meeting rooms are generally similar to the company’s conference room configuration, while medium-sized meeting rooms are slightly different from those in corporate office space, and are generally flexible enough to split into two or three small meeting rooms.

Boardroom:

Boardrooms are generally smaller than smaller meeting rooms, but they tend to sell for more than small meeting rooms and are usually designed and decorated in a higher grade than other meeting spaces, which generally add a VIP lounge.

In addition, some dining rooms and conference rooms are dual-use spaces, generally only need to change the scene, consider furniture replacement, there is enough storage space.

Meeting space and the main support space for the entire function area, such as the conference space and the lecture hall (especially the conference-themed hotel):

Meeting lobby, guest lounge, tea lounge (special guests in the lounge before the seating, can also be flexible as a small private room use), refreshment operation and dining room, toilet, etc.

And some high-end or luxury boutique hotels, will not have banquet halls, lecture halls, and other large conference spaces, with small and medium-sized meeting rooms. Therefore, its meeting space is small, usually only set up boardroom or small meeting room, used as the hotel’s basic functional support. Such hotels do not need to consider spaces such as the lobby, guest lounge, tea lounge, etc.

Such hotel meeting space support space is less, but the asking price is higher, in addition to the design and decoration upgrade, its services will be higher, there is no room for some support, but in the whole process of meeting preparation to use, there are two or more waiters to provide service support, and located outside the conference room at any time, through staff-led support to make up for the lack of support space.

The above-mentioned meeting function space and support space is a relatively comprehensive description, each hotel should be based on the positioning of the project, market research and guest needs to configure the meeting space, and support space should also be based on the size of the conference room or reporting room space can be appropriately integrated or deducted.
